Consultancy Services for Survey and Investigations, Feasibility, Master Plan and Conceptual Design, Design Development and Tender Documents, Invitation of Tenders and Evaluation of Bids, Detail Design and Construction Drawings and Top Supervision The proposed development on approximately 90 acres will consist of Category I, II & III Houses (G+1 floors). A total of approx 685 No. Housing Units will be built. Provision in the Master Plan is made for Community facilities in the form of communal gathering spaces, Graveyard, Mosques & Parks etc. The infrastructure facilities will include provisions of roads, walkways / footpaths, boundary wall, gates, electricity, telephone, water supply system, Overhead Tanks, sewerage & drainage system, (within boundary limits of the site), and landscaping.
